Yes — you can cancel your order by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Once your meals are prepared and packed, cancellations are no longer available due to the perishable nature of our food.

Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
Sunfare currently ships within the United States only. We deliver nationwide, including to all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days from confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way, and most deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
Because our meals are made fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it’s typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
