Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Because every order is made fresh and on demand, we require a 48 hour notice prior to shipping.

We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so as long as you cancel by Friday the week before, we can cancel no problem.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental United States only. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your meals are meticulously prepared, vacuum sealed, packed in an insulated cooler and shipped the SAME DAY via FedEx 2 day. Please note we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays each week so all deliveries should arrive Wednesday or Thursday respectively.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Meals must be returned within 10 days after receiving your order. Call us and we will arrange a return shipment for you.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
