How It Works

1. Choose your plan and select your meals.
2. We prepare your order fresh in our Los Angeles kitchen.
3. Your meals ship via FedEx 2-day, vacuum-sealed in an insulated cooler.
4. Heat and eat — meals are best enjoyed within the kitchen-confirmed freshness window.

Orders ship Monday–Thursday. Cut-off is 48 hours before the next ship day.
